We can build your molding tool and plastic parts or we can provide an export mold to companies who produce their own plastic parts. At ICOMold, we can produce rapid prototype plastic molding and low-volume plastic molds for the purpose of fit and functional testing of parts prior to full production, allowing modification to designs if needed. Our customers do not have to worry about the upkeep of their production mold. As one of our customers, you own your mold, but we maintain it for the life of your program, taking care of any necessary repairs. ICOMold also offers CNC machining services. These services allow us to complete 85% of the form, fit and function testing of injection molded parts without having to produce injection mold tooling, and it is ideal for those customers who need between 1 – 100 pieces. With our high-quality milling machines we can produce high complexity CNC parts and CNC prototypes quickly and have them at your doorstep in a couple of days.
